DESCRIPTION:Durante il lockdown abbiamo lanciato una survey online e le risposte sono state tantissime!\n\nAbbiamo chiesto ai rappresentanti delle diverse generazioni che cosa si aspettano al 2030\, quali sfide affronteranno tra dieci anni\, cosa li preoccupa\, come si stanno preparando.\nApplicando la prospettiva generazionale e di genere è emerso uno spaccato vivace e interessante e le soprese non sono mancate. Soprattutto da parte di più giovani.\n\nOltre 200 persone ci hanno raccontato la loro visione sul futuro – che noi abbiamo accolto e letto con attenzione – evidenziando un mindset generazionale verso il futuro specifico di ogni gruppo.\n\nInsieme a Roberto Paura – presidente Italian Institute for the Future – illustreremo i risultati della survey e proveremo ad anticipare il futuro.\n\n\nRegistrati a questo link https://lnkd.in/ebw7hN7
